Data deletion
Use this page to disconnect MyVira integrations, revoke third-party permissions, and request deletion of account, shop, advertising, messaging, or integration data.

Self-service
Disconnect connected platforms from the Integrations page to stop future imports and token usage.
Revocation
You can also revoke MyVira directly inside Meta, Google, TikTok, Telegram, or other platform settings.

Sign in to MyVira, open Dashboard / Integrations, choose the connected provider, and select disconnect. This stops MyVira from using stored access tokens for future reads or message replies.
For ads integrations, MyVira uses read-only access in this beta. Disconnecting removes the connection from your workspace and stops future account or metrics syncs.

To request deletion of account, shop, imported advertising metrics, message history, or integration metadata, email support@my-vira.com.
Use the same email address as your MyVira account and include the shop name or domain so we can locate the correct workspace.

Deleting data in MyVira does not automatically delete data held by Meta, Google, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp, or other third-party platforms.
To fully revoke access, open the connected platform account settings and remove MyVira from business apps, OAuth apps, bot/webhook settings, or security permissions.
